What is rolligion?
Rolligion is community of people who are so dedicated to all things roller, specifically blading, that they make it a foundational part of their being. We found ourselves wanting to create and support all forms of skating content. We plan on releasing one full length film every year, as well as hosting live events on YouTube. We hope to host some events in person soon, so stay tuned. If you find yourself longing to be on the blades, if you wish you could show others the great joy of blading, and if you love learning about others who share the practice, then Rolligion is exactly what you're looking for. It doesn't matter how you got here, only that you're here now. Join us, and spread the joy of Rolligion!
What is Rolligion's Goal?
Our goal is simple. We plan to shine a light on people and practices we believe to better us as humans. We meet so many unique and inspiring people whenever we blade somewhere new. We want each and every one of you to not only find the support you need, but that you have people who surround you with nurturing love. Not to mention, someone who will callout your rolled top sides and sloppy form. We love all things blading here. The people, the expression, the physcial challenge, and the freedom of movement. Our goal is to share that as far and wide as possible.
What's next and how do I join?
Rolligion is a philosophy, not a crew or brand. Though we have people who are apart of bringing the next video mag volume, or making merch, or hosting events, it is all done with the name Rolligion just to give us a unique identity with which we can share. Rolligion is something you can be apart of by things going to local skate events. Purchasing from skater owned brands. It can be as big as creating your own event, or as small as sharing someone's content on your social feeds. What matters is that you are dedicated to keeping rolling healthy, in its body and soul. By participating and spreading the good word you are already a part of Rolligion. Now get out there and skate!
Metha and Spook
The founders of Rolligion. Metha and Spook met in 2023 at Ramp and Camp and knew instantly they wanted to work on a project together. Since then they have done multiple interviews with many amazing bladers, fimed over a years worth of events and sections, traveled thousands of miles, and made many friends. The future is bright for the Rolligious, and we hope you have a hand in that light!
